Refund Policy

We highly believe in our product and want every customer to leave wholeheartedly satisfied. It is for this reason that we implemented the "Kaizen Age™ Money Back Guarantee".

Due to the potential of fraudulent activity, we have set the guidelines below. All policy information applies to purchases made directly through Refund requests for purchases made via third-party affiliates must be directed to the appropriate retailer.

The guarantee is valid within 14-days of the initial purchase date. To successfully process the refund, we will request feedback regarding the product in question. Refunds processed through credit card transactions may take 5-7 business days to post to a bank statement, as this is dependent on the financial institution and not on Kaizen Age Limited's merchant provider.

The refunded amount will be in full upon return of the remaining product. Partial refunds can be granted with no return required. Refunds are only applicable to cost of the product; we will not provide a refund for the shipping costs.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

All goods are still guaranteed under the Consumers Guarantees Act. The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Kaizen Age. If goods sold are faulty or damaged, the customer has the right to a replacement or a refund.

Fair Trading Act 1986

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.
