Energy Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Chia

  • 3 tbsp Peanut Butter

  • ⅔ cup sugar free Coconut flakes

  • Small Handful Dried Apricots

  • 1 tbsp melted Coconut oil

  • Small handful Cranberries

  • ½ cup Flaxseed

  • 1 cup Wholegrain Oats

  • ¼ cup Honey

  • ¼ cup cocoa

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 4 dates

  • 2 tbsp water

Energy Bliss Balls Prep

Method

  1. Place all ingredients except the water, into a blender and blitz until combined well.

  2. Add water and blitz until mixture is sticky.

  3. Roll a small handful of mixture into balls.

Store in an airtight container in the pantry (up to 1 week) or fridge (up to 2 weeks). Alternatively freeze for up to two months.
